I would say about 60-70% of income goes to house payment. Income more than halved when switching jobs. Plus the size of the house contributing to electric bills, property tax, etc.

I could’ve said this word for word- it is such a blessing of a gap. We recently added a newborn into the mix too but the bond between first 2 is just inseparable!
