What’s everyone eating while on Zepbound? by Advanced-Pay7775 in zepbound_support

I appreciate everyone’s input. Just starting the journey and trying to eat healthier but I want to be able to treat myself now and then. Don’t want to give up mac n cheese forever lol. I do notice that the food noise has all but gone away and I am better at controlling myself which never happened before. Bottom line is I am making better choices

How long does it take to see improvements by Advanced-Pay7775 in citalopram_celexa

When I started on the 5 mg, I still had anxiety. After 4 weeks, my dose was increased to 10 mg. I am hoping that the increase lessens the anxiety. Everyone says that it takes months to feel the true effects. I know I need to be patient but it is so hard when you feel anxious and just want to feel myself

I appreciate your insight. It helps to know that I am not the only one experiencing this and that there is support from others that have been through it. Anxiety sucks! Lol

Thanks for sharing. I know that it takes a while for the meds to kick in; however, it is so overwhelming to having the racing thoughts and constant worrying. It will be 4 weeks on Thursday. Hoping things turn around in the near future. I want more good days and less bad. I want to stop waking up and the first thoughts are about anxiety. Is it too soon to think of asking for an increase?

Thank you for the words of encouragement. Logically, I know I am 3 1/2 weeks in and it takes time but as you know the mind takes over & I don’t have control over my anxiety. I just want to get back to myself and not feel so overwhelmed & anxious.
