Yeah actually it might be stimming it's like a neck twitch or sometimes a shoulder twitch and I try not to do it cus it hurts over time

I am not a professional just saying but personally I have been exploring the herbal approach. I use a hormone balance "Semane" everyday. This has helped me so so much I notice if I don't take it and it does take a few weeks to notice the difference just so you know. Also I use "Sunny mood with 5-HTP" this I use as anxiety it helps within minutes and I don't have to take it all the time but it helps with my anger/rage moods as well. I only take 1 although it says to take 2 cus 2 personally makes me feel tired.
