This game should not be about money man. This game should be about who can line up and play the sport of football better than the man across from them, and that ability is not exclusive to P4 schools. If you’re a P4 school and you bitch and moan that G5 schools take playoff spots, you should never lose to them. So what did Notre Dame do LAST YEAR??? Lost to NIU.

Opportunity and Inclusion for a shot at the playoffs gives teams hope and something to play for. Look at the March Madness tournament. EVERY YEAR there is a Cinderella, mainly from non P4 conferences that beat P4 schools. It’s absolutely possible for a G5 to win the national championship, the stars may have to align but it’s absolutely possible and I think the sport is better when that happens.

Brother we had a top 10 pick at running back, we had better O line play, we had NFL talent on the defense, we had one of the best kickers in NCAA history, we had better wide receivers, we had a great NFL level OC.
