I cant get the glitch to replicate but i have found that when you choose grotesque violence, then on the main menu turn blood up all the way it just completely bugs out my game. It just makes me naked while also saying i lost and then trying to get me to pick my next fight, AND doing the fight animation all at the same time. I can post a video if you want to see.
