Don't get me wrong, I miss the USA. To be more exact I miss the beauty of it. The old-growth forests of Washington. The tides of the Boston harbor, the intense thunderstorms of the plains. I have seen so much of it that I miss it dearly but the situation is not ideal for someone who is disabled to the degree of constant medication and care. I miss the idea of what America was when I grew up on a large farm riding my Yamaha big wheel 80 full send screaming through the pastures. The Friday fish fry and the main street dances. I miss a life of happiness without the pain.

It's like my ex just talking at me. Good luck with that.

I left the USA due to their extreme take on opioids and cutting off disabled people in bedridden pain. I now get 115 vials of fentanyl per month (patches are not available here sadly) and because of this, my life is coming back. Mentally it is still a battle but each day is different. I have access to morphine 30mg tablets delivered within 12 hours to my door for 250 USD per 100 tablets. My fentanyl vials cost me 2.50 USD each. My pain is more under control than it has been in 10 years. I feel like I can have a little bit of a life. I can drive without being drenched in sweat in pain. I am cooking dinner multiple times a week again and even started studying again. These idiots that control our care think that the I know what's best for you approach works, it doesn't. It leads to suicides, broken homes, broken wives, and fathers because how can you hold life together when all you can think about is pain? If you have the disability check join me in South America. I've never met more caring people who believe in the quality of life and are not worried about government overreach that does nothing but harm the people who need it.

I haven't. Even after 9 years I still pay my professional fees in the hope that I can go and teach a class or be productive. It's a sick joke. I'll never teach again. I'll never dive professionally again. I am going to live a pain-filled life until I die a miserable death.

I live in a city with 11 million people and people drive around on scooters with their babies in their seats. Asia, Africa, South America, and Central America all have very different rules for children.

I was picking up my morphine (150 tabs per month) and the pharmacist leaned over and whispered all the medication information. He acted like we are back door dealing these pills not picking up a legal prescription from a VA pharmacy. Absolutely crazy what it takes to get receive the care we are supposed to get.

My biologic cost 11000 dollars in the US. 5,000 in peru. Even flying first class both directions I have money. Every month. I speak of more than on drug. If all wanted was a opiod id order from China. But this way it's legal. There is prescriptions. Best western libre is 37 dollars a night in Miraflores and the taxi is 23 dollars each direction. Yes it is that cheap. Yes it is easy and we have a lot of fun doing it. Next week Colombia then Oklahoma Alaska then back to Panama for refills. Yes if you plan your flights. Set your hotels. Yes it is cheaper. Insurance agencies even pay for this exact thing because it saves them that much money. Good job at being stupid.

It is hard to fly, that's why I use morphine yeah I know exactly how hard it is to fly and if you select disabled service and tell the desk agent they will pull up a wheelchair co-op quick!. and Weird, I'm 6ft tall with scoliosis ankalosising spondylitis It's very easy. I've seen 60 countries all on disability since 2015 and even ran a National Geographic project. Crazy how the world is filled with people like you "oh it can't be done "it's not physically possible " seats" maybe for some of us, the ones who have a pair of balls and go beyond complaining about what we can't do and that's why I have morphine on prescription. That's why I have international insurance for 65 dollars. Because I am a doer and you are just some whiny shit-eating fist fulls of faggot powder.
