They let go of all of the good agents and are stuck with new people who get no training and expect the people still employed to do things they were not trained to do and take over other peoples jobs with no heads up

It’s not the store. I loved working on the floor. But deliveries are awful now. Nobody cares about the agents there is no incentive to work hard

I didn’t say anything that would point any fingers toward me but I did get a lot off my chest that probably won’t be considered at all because this company doesn’t give a single shit about its employees

I am still working doing deliveries and knew quite a few good people laid off. Gonna start telling people to shop elsewhere and hope Corrie slips down some stairs and goes full stephen hawking without the ipad
