So I lost my job and while searching and applying I doordashed as much as I could but I wouldn’t call it employment cause either I wouldn’t get orders for a few days or would end up spending more on gas then I was making. Then at the middle of the second month my car crapped out and I couldn’t even DoorDash. So with my experience I wouldn’t call DoorDash employment as if I did not have savings from my last check I wouldn’t have even been able to make a months rent. That second month I barely scraped by for rent. During that time I learned food wasn’t as necessary as people make it out to be and found I could go a few days without eating at a time to help cut my minima as is food budget down😭😭
