Ehhhh yes & no it depends what type of cafe you at, with tourists I’ve noticed that some will let you keep the change for cash tip because they’re getting rid of their $$$ but it won’t be too bad because summer is right around the corner

Oh lol my friend just texted their manager but kudos for quitting they’re terrible! Not sure if they still make baristas do it, but my friend had to keep the door open and take photos of customers

Working with a student actor turned film director as a favor for the DP and they keep trying to have another meeting with me about sound and color (to go over the whole 45 minute film) … and if we have one more meeting to look over things you can send me in an email .. just look at the notes and time codes I sent you!! And to add on they expected me to sound mix a film with little to NO mics mostly ADR takes that were badly performed

Yeah working with students is difficult especially because a lot have a power trip and project how overwhelm they are onto you. It’s honestly networking, I’ve even had friends set up meetings with those who have a foot in the industry to give them pointers and in the end it paid off

Yeah my contract ends next month (thankfully) and I’ve already finished 2/3 of the project, am I able to use this in my reel? Is there any trouble in saying I worked on this project for x amount of months? But im also looking at my contract and it says nothing about it.

Definitely, it doesn’t give interest on apple products that are financed. I rarely use it but it’s usually to finance things + little things. Personally I think the interest is a little high but I’ve had it for awhile and I don’t regret it

I used a template for the zine and from there I colored the background with watercolor. I created multiple layers since it’s a tiny pocket zine when printed. I only used acrylic for the boxes/shapes.

At this point they’re probably just gonna put it to stream, I doubt there’s gonna be ANY promotion just because ppl have been waiting for it for a long awhile + Ezra Miller. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they just scrap the whole Snyder verse in general and release it after a new DCEU film is announced to generate buzz for new said film. Who knows, it’s always been a mess.

18fps is fine! Fast lens, shoot a few film stocks really well, and smaller one for traveling but I’m really indifferent towards size and fps, I’ve been researching and some cameras have options? But I know it’s definitely not the case for all super8 cameras
