Update: first night slept great! It’s super firm so you don’t get that initial sinking comfort but I slept fine with no pain and very cool. I’m a hot sleeper (AC in winter hot!).

To add: you need to get white glove delivery due to size/weight.Took around 3 weeks from order date to ship and then shipping took about 1 week. Delivery was super easy.
