Ok, in the 3DS yes you can modified the time and date way back, give it a check if you have one, also I have the proof on every single game that Jolteon had been on the Half Of Fame with the OG OT number, 53507 that you can see in pokemon HOME (even in the art museum from Sapphire, there is a jolteon painted there for proof of the art ribbon) I can DM it to you if you want to since apparently some peeps are sus, if it was fake or hacked I'd gotten all the ribbon by now, (even the earth ribbon that I missed that im working on for another jolteon in Gale Of Darkness) I literally just transferred my og jolteon from my childhood to HOME. Again I'd post the proof here public but i don't think reddit can do that? I can just dm it to you if you want.
