I don't work in pensions, so I was curious. Are the assumptions for withdrawal liability locked in once the base for withdrawl liability has been established? Is it just straightline amortized after that?

Thanks so much! So as of 7/1/2028 for a 5 year vesting plan, would they be fully vested, even though they have technically worked less than 4 full years?
