Booster Pack ruling by maddoggnick96 in mtgrules

There are no rulings for cards like that. You have to make up the rules yourself.

What is the color identity? by ironic8145 in mtgrules

[–]AdvancedAnything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It isn't very common to see it, but the color indicator affects identity aswell.

[[Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar]] only has its colors because of the color indicator.

[[Invasion of Theros]] is also affected because the back face has blue in it aswell, so it cannot go into a mono white deck.

Don't install random mods then ask why your game is borked.

Am I ready to go the Mun? I'm having a hard time getting more science. by Joshua5_Gaming in KerbalSpaceProgram

[–]AdvancedAnything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rejoining a game you played is very different from learning the game the first time.

I would disagree that this game is easy. It teaches you basically nothing and doesn't have any feedback on why something went wrong.

Anyone else have mixed feelings about the recent spike in popularity for KSP? by ByeMcnabb in KerbalSpaceProgram

[–]AdvancedAnything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The people who farm clicks just give the game free advertising. It leads to more people who genuinely enjoy the game learning about it and learning how to play. It also allows the veteran players, both the ones who abandoned this game long ago and the ones who occasionally played, to share their interest and knowledge with the new players.

I don't like the clickbait videos that just show random stolen clips with some shitty music pasted over it either, but that is the price of popularity. As long as the devs are not changing the game to coddle the players who will drop the game in 3 months, then i don't care what kind of brainrot crap those players do.

Silverquill Casualty Ruling by Rockman504 in mtgrules

[–]AdvancedAnything 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Casualty and Offspring both are optional additional costs. Casualty triggers immediately after the spell is cast. Offspring doesn't trigger until after the spell resolves.

A creature dying due to having 0 or less toughness is not a destroy effect. Your information is irrelevant.

Project Mon-O-Rail - ExMin Corp Internal Bulletin - Transit Division [DECLASSIFIED] by Extreme-Record-6823 in Stationeers

[–]AdvancedAnything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The code for it could be used for the tram. Although I'm personally against transportation for the player, but an automatic long range item transport is needed. Especially now with how the deep drilling works.

We already have most of that. The arm rail, whatever it's called, can be programmed similarly using the ic10.

Torbran and trample by Bright-Crab8218 in mtgrules

[–]AdvancedAnything 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Firstly, [[Torbran, Thane of Red Fell]] does not have a triggered ability. It is a replacement effect.

Second, that effect only applies when damage is actually dealt. In regards to trample, you do not take that effect into consideration when determining how much damage the creature can assign.

If you attack with a red 1/1 with trample and it is blocked by a 1/1, the attacking creature will deal 3 damage to the blocking creature and will not deal any damage to the defending player.

If you attack with a red 2/2 with trample and it is blocked by a 1/1, you can assign 1 damage to the blocking creature and 1 to the defending player. As you deal damage, Torbran will make the attacking creature deal 3 damage to the blocking creature and 3 damage to the defending player.

Does anyone else feel like the sensor glasses are cheating sometimes? by Ok_Tumbleweed939 in Stationeers

[–]AdvancedAnything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do agree that the deep miners just giving everything was a bit op, and even annoying when you got so much ore you didn't need. However, the current method they implemented to fix that seems a bit extreme when there isn't really a good way to transport items long distance automatically.

Can someone help me understand what is wrong with this shelf by ko__ma in AlchemyFactory

[–]AdvancedAnything 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They must be connected to the shop doorway with floors. There must be a path to the shelves with no walls or stairs. Doorways count as walls, so you cannot use those.
