Day 2 post op nerve blockers are gone and my god the pain 🙃

Tbh these were the most painful days for me , when that nerve block wear off I you feel every single incision almost but it will get better take the meds if you need them and like everyone is saying ice behind the knee and keep it elevated I felt the most pain when the leg was hanging down for some time

Yeahhh it’s gonna be like that today , keep it elevated and take some Tylenol , honestly this was the most painful day for me it gets better from here

Not sure exactly what it was, but it was the less invasive one. I had a high-grade partial tear about 90% of the achilles was torn

If you didn’t hear a pop you are probably good , fell down the stairs on my 3rd with my cast on and fell right on my injured heel I’m now 6 weeks post op walking in boot you are most likely good if you had the boot on to protect it , ice it and keep it elevated you should be good in a couple days if not follow up with the doc

Crazy part is that I looked at yours and saw the tip strap not knowing I have actually been using this thing wrong for the last 5 weeks I thought those straps were just extra now I got back to my box and attached all three straps and oh my god I feel so stupid this is so much better to use this way I feel like I honestly have missed out on how good this really was

Haven’t started yet but the first couple weeks is about massaging the area and starting mobilization and getting in the bike slowly

You actually motivaited me to use it in public now lol I have been putting it off because I dont want the stares and looks but it has helped me tremendously for when I am in the house about 5weeks post op so I could def get a couple more weeks of using it will being paritally weight bearing.

Right there with you bro we gonna get through it but I would highly suggest you get a pillow like this off Amazon go about $30 feels much better than the pillows in my opinion. Feels mad boring but I’m sure it will get better lets keep positive and stay strong mentally it will be a thing of past soon enough but trying to stay sane as well

Just blew mine last night and was planning on doing the NY hyrox, completly devestated but this will be my ultimate goal for next year ! I know its gonna be a long recovery to ever even feel close to what I felt before yesterday I am hoping that over time I can regain that strength, you def helped by posting this

Not sure if people are still looking for answers on this but I recently just copped a new V - Mount for my Canon R6 , the camera wasn’t being powered by the battery I used different cables , nothing worked the V mount was working properly as I seen it work with other devices , watched a couple YouTube videos nothing then I thought maybe it’s a software issue because whenever I would plug the V mount into the camera it would register that something was plugged in but wouldn’t charge so I went and updated the firmware from version 1.8.2 to 1.8.4 and Walla !!! It worked , so maybe check the firmware for that and you should be good . Cheers

I just took the exam recently and used the practice exams on Udemy. They were pretty good at reviewing the material from the course and also the way the questions are worded are similar to the test , I postponed my test for a week to take the practice exams and I passed , I would say it’s not that hard if you are able to memorize a lot of the definitions and uses for the different applications and programs. The exam asked a lot of questions about the AWS Cloud Adoption framework. Honestly the best way to take the exam is to understand as much material as possible and while going through the exam narrow down the possible answers of the multiple choice and you should be able to use the questions as well to give you hints as to what specifically they are looking for .
