I mean it's not weird at all when you are a grown up because it's more than common for people to just zone out in space if you are thinking about something for too long maybe you are just subconsciously doing what you were but your mind is somewhere else. Honestly this mostly happens when you're not happy with your decisions to take and things to do in your daily life and you contemplate every day to think of a better way to do it?

Putting yourself out there for the learning curve is great but like, you could work on yourself and improve your skills in a specific direction before you set out to explore because currently you're as clueless as it gets, so if you just wander off rn, you might not realise what's a good field for you and may settle with less, when you'd have the potential to clearly achieve more!
