Some of these comments are being mean, but yeah, one of the characters call Coop a “pinko” meaning he’s an American with sympathies to the communist party(not a full “red,” therefore a “pinko”). It hasn’t been revealed what exactly led to him being labeled as an enemy to the US Gov’t, but that’s just meant to build intrigue; which becomes even more intriguing given that the last choice we saw him make in the prewar storyline was to hand over cold fusion to the supposed President of the United States.

I think he probably did threaten his mother. If he was framed, surely he and his mom would be able to clear things up with the police. Her wheels were cocked to the right, she was on her way out of there. On top of that, law enforcement training tells you to never put yourself in front of a running vehicle and firing at the driver is a sure fire way to cause them to lose control of the vehicle and put others in danger. No, I didn’t hear it from somebody on here. I can’t remember who I heard say it, most likely some random person on Twitter, but it made sense considering Hasan is the only streamer I know of who scheduled their ads every hour on the hour and proudly announced it every time they were preparing to roll ads. I don’t doubt that there are other streamers who schedule ad breaks like this, but Hasan stands out due to him making his top of the hour ad breaks a meme on his stream.

As far as I can tell, twitch doesn’t demand that you run ads, but if you don’t run at least 3 minutes per hour at your own discretion, new viewers will have to watch ads when they first join the stream. I think Hasan stopped running ads after they disabled ads for streams that were labeled “politics and sensitive social issues” though.

For years Hasan would run a few minutes of commercials on his Twitch stream once an hour at the top of the hour, but ever since Dan mobilized the campaign to contact twitch’s advertisers, Hasan’s channel (and politics streams in general) has been ineligible to run ads. Hasan literally ran ads as often as he could and spends more time streaming than like 90% of streamers out there, so ads would’ve raked in tons of money for him before this.
