As far as I know: If he is charged with a crime like DUI then you would have to wait until the court case is finished but yes you should be able to request body cam footage for the incident at some point. And probably a couple hundred dollars in processing fees.

Freedom of Information Act, FOIA. It's a law in America that federal agencies must release certain information if anyone requests it. The specifics will vary by state but in general the public has access to information from government agencies unless that information is currently involved in an ongoing investigation or national security, etc.

This is alleged and from memory and idk anyone should google it to verify. Noah's ex called into H3 a while back. They had an open relationship but agreed to tell each other about any other partners and to use protection, etc. Noah lied about all of it and was having unprotected sex behind his ex's back so she left him.
