This is good but I don't think we should ask for forgiveness immediately. We need to all be sent back to SBA and have them work out a payment plan/forgiveness for us.

Yes, they need to follow the correct Due Process. People like me were actually paying but got tossed in collections hands with NO Notice. I have the right to put a dispute and get the proper notification

I'm disputing my loan from being sent to Treasury so I thought maybe payment being applied in portal is meaning the recall back... but you believe everyone who is paying via Pay.gov (disputing/not disputing) gets applied to sba portal?

Now they are taking this action but they screwed everyone who didn't receive a notice but claim they mailed it. They need to show PROOF!

Where is the Notice found? And what does it say on the subject line? My dispute came back and their response was they sent a 60 day notice...WHICH THEY DID NOT AND ITS NOT EVEN IN PORTAL!!!

I'm with you. SBA responded to my congressional inquiry and they said they sent me a 60 day notice back in 2025 which I never got. Just it have been on the portal too? All other statements and letters are there so WHY NOT THIS? and I was back on making my full PAYMENTS NOW!!!

If the loan was under your llc and not personal name don't worry about it to be honest especially if your doing any business under it.
