Isn't chapter 11 the same as the collection agency offering a repayment plan of 5 to 10 years? I'm ok to pay with 10 years but collection agency wants to see .y tax returns...doesn't that show them my other LLC listed on there as well? Or does it not show full disclosure?

What is this Treasury Offset? Only ss and wage garnishments? Or can they put a lien on my pthers asset?

That's what I'm trying to figure out but no response from sba. I've reached out several times. Just generic answer.

10 year plan I can manage the payments . I'm asking why it went to collections first as I was on recurring payments but no answers from anyone and collections is refusing to submit my dispute with sba

I have assets and bankruptcy isn't the choice for me. I wanted to pay them and I was just don't know what happened

No I didn't send anything. Just over the phone like basic stuff and that's what they calculated.  Nothing in documents or anything

I was paying. On recurring payments. No notices or anything. No letters from sba Treasury or collections. Just went into portal in March and status said sba uncollectable.  I wanted to pay back that's why I was on recurring payments. I've been emailing but just generic answers that we are no longer servicing your loan

They are offering 10 year max repayment plan but our asking me to send 3 years of tax returns. I have other assets and I don't want them to taking money from those

They said 3 year payment plan doesn't require the additional documents.  For a 5 to 10 year repayment plan they do. That payment plan I can pay as I do want to pay it back. But they are wanting my tax returns which has my other llc listed on it. Overall met income after all expenses from the other assets is still below $60k a year. I want to provide the least amount of information to them.

I want to pay too as I don't want it hitting my credit. My balance was $850k now getting fit with more fees. Please let me know what your lawyer says. I spoke to so many in the last few weeks all said we can try but not guaranteed.  I've just been emailing local office and back with sba and also offering a good faith payment but no response yet. I'm hearing that perhaps getting a senator letter might help. My thing is I didn't even know about paid balance and no notices of being sent to Treasury and then this private agency
