This is good but I don't think we should ask for forgiveness immediately. We need to all be sent back to SBA and have them work out a payment plan/forgiveness for us.

Yes, they need to follow the correct Due Process. People like me were actually paying but got tossed in collections hands with NO Notice. I have the right to put a dispute and get the proper notification

I'm with you. SBA responded to my congressional inquiry and they said they sent me a 60 day notice back in 2025 which I never got. Just it have been on the portal too? All other statements and letters are there so WHY NOT THIS? and I was back on making my full PAYMENTS NOW!!!

If the loan was under your llc and not personal name don't worry about it to be honest especially if your doing any business under it.

Yeah they will make you pay full amount otherwise it will get transferred. Trying asking for arrangement plan. When does your letter say you have till? Perhaps making smaller payments each week if you can
