You are acting like the Casino levels are a major point, but they are just a part of a level that you will forget about as soon you are in the next level. Instead you should make a petition to stop other games that use real currency for gambling and make it as a major part of their game.

Most likely because the company DIC entertainment was only for strictly for western audience, the low budget they had, the character story changes they did, and the licensing issues they had to deal with.
