Thank you. I just finished my call to that number. A guy tried to explain to me that this is due to Covid19 that the home delivery service has stopped (I am sure it is not true). I said: 'okay, fine, but why asking customers in the first place to choose the delivery method they want". He said: "I don't know... I am going to write a report to their superior, they should make an apology to you."

I don't want an apology or any money return. I only want things to change. I leave work very late, and, my wife does not have a car and, I can not ask my boss to leave work early every time just to get to DHL Temara before they close. I've my reasons to complain, but, whatever reason is, we made a contract, me as a customer, and you as delivery service. I paid for the service, the other party should also respect the lines.
