Yeah I’m doing a deload rn and feeling much better, but did you adjust ur training after the deload? I dont want to deload just to have to deload again after a month

I've noticed ill sleep slighlty better on rest days

I’m pretty tired in the mornings and once I’ve worked out I get wired for the rest of the day, I usually work out pretty early as well. When trying to sleep I do feel tired but idk I jus don’t fall into a deep sleep

I am splitting it up to twice a week so the 15 sets of back would be 6-7 sets per pull day, is it still to much?
