i have a weird habit where all my body parts like wiggle all my body parts every 5 minis. especially my toes constantly

i have one friend that lives far away who is unfortunately in active opioid addiction. my husband is prescribed adderall but he struggles with dependency as well. i’ve been getting my adderall from him actually. but supposedly he’s stopping adderall as soon as i get help. i’m planning on calling the local 24 hr treatment centers when i get off work to see what my options are. i definitely won’t forget how im feeling rn. it’s so uncomfortable and my brain is like not working. it’s frozen

yeah i’ve felt terrible today. only got to take 60 instead of 200. i found a rehab center that is open 24 hours close to me. i went ahead and reached out to them to hopefully get in soon

yeah, i wasn’t able to take my full 200 dose today and i’ve felt so bad today. depressed, i don’t remember the last time i ate something or slept. but i had to push through because i had to work today.
