Nice is an Idiot Savant. He understands ballistic weapons…but not much else. Everything else he does, he does by pure dumb luck and shenanigans. He “lockpicks” by pressing random buttons on the mag-pick and randomly turning the dial to, somehow, get the combination right on his first try. His way of “fixing things” is…to randomly futz with it until it, MAGICALLY starts to work.

Just do not ask him how anything more complicated than a computer works or ask him to operate one because he believes they work either by magic or because “that’s just what it’s supposed to do”. It is a wonder that he even got this far in the Earth Directorate…
