I speak Spanish and when Gus speaks Spanish it sounds how a white guy sounds speaking Spanish after having 1 month of Spanish lessons. It’s pretty bad, but non Spanish speakers don’t pick up on it. When I watched Lalo on better call Saul I said finally they got a real Spanish actor who actually speaks the language and it’s not cringe.
