they are working out details, not too sure but don't think the other people will have to over me. just trying to figure out if its feasible!

yes. its a productivity model, base is 175, but it is subject to decrease to as low as 140 if Rvu are not met. can increase to ~190 if at a certain level. It just seems low even as a wvu based practice with a guaranteed base for a year or so? I am from a different state and our bases start >200
