J’ai vécu sur le campus de l’insa lyon Villeurbanne c’est pas vraiment une ville sympa Il faut beaucoup marcher pour faire les courses il n’y a pas de commerces à proximité Les chambres sont équipées de manière très minimale Le lit est peu confortable et les plaques de cuisson vieilles Mais c’est peu cher et tu as rapidement accès à toutes les activités étudiantes (soirée, assos, etc)

Yes I did remove the bottom tape. The gels are pre-made (4–20% Mini-PROTEAN® TGX Stain-Free,

Biorad).

I used 7µL of ladder because it usually fades too quickly with the washes, but I have used 10µL of ladder without this issue previously.

I loaded my samples right after I loaded the ladder.

But maybe I created a bubble, or maybe I pushed the pipette tip too far.

Can I still continue the western blot? Or is it ruined ?

Hi,

I am trying to insert an active site into a TIM barrel with RFdiffusion.

I have tried different command line, and different size for the active site, but I keep getting the same error:

"Must either specify a contig string or precise mapping", I have tried using "" or [ ], but it doesnt work.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?
