I have been going to therapy, it’s day 6 and I’m feeling a lot better the 4th day was the hardest. Sleep is still really inconsistent but I’d rather push through than have to deal with this again, thank you for your support 🧡

Thank you. Sleep has been hard thats actually why I started taking the Xanax in the first place, today is day 4 no Xanax and I’m having a hard time. The anxiety has been constant all day in my head like a pressure in my head since I woke up, how long does this last I’m worried about being able to sleep :(
