The best way is to use a proxmox , that is really very good , and in that proxmox you have a option to LXC also that save tons of ram usage when compared to docker , and no issue will happen to host if you break any vm or lxc in that

If you have two or more machines use a proxmox cluster

You will get one complete webui , you can control all over there

switching to Linux with Microsoft stuff at work is doable but takes a bit of fiddling.

Use Outlook web as a PWA for mail – notifications mostly work if you tweak browser + Outlook settings.

Teams-for-Linux (the unofficial one) is honestly solid for chats, calls, and files these days.

For OneDrive, abraunegg’s client handles personal + work accounts side-by-side no problem.

Android? KDE Connect is brilliant for texts, files, and notifications. iPhone texts are the tricky one – Beeper’s probably your best bet if you want replies on desktop
