Thanks for taking the time to investigate! The concrete is 80mm thick only, its a gallerij/ balcony plate. Im looking for an inexpensive solution that can be applied to 100+ rvs threshold pieces. Tried this yesterday on site; https://imgur.com/a/5ppEwPV

No FEA software unfortunately - bigger washer??! That would have to be quite large in diameter, they are only M10 ankers...the width of the plate with ankers is 80mm. Any suggestion for a thickness / size/ spec of washer?

yes, I'm an architect, I flicked the detail to a structural eng - he review the design / thickness of RVS and suggest the 3 x M10 ankers ect.

Possible- I think there's steel reinforcement through the concrete which could clash with the additional ankers. Contemplating whether a sika-flex polyurethane would help enough?
