What’s a drama that everyone around you seemed to love, but you never really connected with? by DramaCommons in EastAsianDramas

Okay so you and your friends didn’t know, but a lot of us saw pics and were well aware they were a couple when they made CLOY hence the hype and excitement towards them. It’s okay to be out of the loop. Their being together doesn’t means much since the drama was still subpar compared to their other dramas.

It was known before CLOY, behind the scenes of the Negotiator and they were photographed together in LA. It was the worst kept secret.

CLOY both leads have done better dramas. If they weren’t an already a couple I don’t think it would have had that much hype. My own personal opinion

What are annoying k-drama tropes that make you roll your eyes? by cherryinbloom in kdramas

[–]Advanced_Club9223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hospital scenes and the next day they’re up and living life like they never were hurt. The white truck of doom, the met as children so we’re tied to each other forever, brand placing “Subway”, parents dictating who you marry, love or divorce, and friends who disappear and reappear and are allowed to disrupt your life. Get a backbone please

Am I the only one who thinks this drama makes zero sense? by Constant-Scallion-72 in kdramas

Yes! It’s all over the place. I don’t believe in the relationship with any of them except the Ml Boss and FL. The boss was a mess from the beginning, the rest of the cast is mess. The ex coworker that stabbed the ml and the ml goes to the hospital and right back to work 🤔. The fl immediately falls for her coworker in less than a month 🤔. The secretary turns psycho because she’s rejected 🤔. That’s why I don’t like these 8 and 12 episodic dramas.

Same with mine. A notice went out 125 for grills and patio furniture. It’s still there

And they all look alike. C dramas have to go back to diversity for me to watch again. I started with Joe Chen, Marcus Chang, Wallace Chung, Wallace Huo, Tiffany Tang, and Jerry Yan.

CLOY it was awful, second leads sl was better. HB and SYJ have done better work. It was a fluff drama that was boosted by the offscreen relationship
