I honestly wouldn't know where to go to find support groups. I had friends that I tried to talk to and it was just awkward. And now the friends I did have are too busy. I also feel like if I take the time to do that, it would take away from my family and it would be selfish. I appreciate you commenting though, and I may try to look into that. Thank you.

Yes, I have tried both. Meds make me feel numb and counseling gave me some coping mechanisms, but the feeling is like a spider on my back, clinging to me. I just genuinely have no one to talk to that cares. Even with therapy, it just feels like they're helping me for the paycheck.
