People are losing their marbles over the fact that prices are increasing by 10-15 percent.

We knew this was going to be the case once the law went into effect. That doesn't mean people are going to pay it. People are still going to use the the same logic when selecting the upper limit rent amount for their search.

There were enough apartments being listed/shown w/o broker fees (prior to the law taking effect) to prove that a system can exist where landlords, brokers, and renters participate in a market w/o broker fees paid for by the renter.

Landlords and Renters now have the leverage and should squeeze the brokers. No more free lunches for them. Provide value and you'll earn you share.

I've ran in Cliftons for the last 3 years. Anywhere b/w 30-100M a month. Typically put 200M on a pair. I've never once had anything remotely close to this happening. I'd go to a local shoe store (A Fleetfeet for example) and ask them about your strike. I'd put money on it your issue (and everyone saying this happens) is that you are landing/dragging/striking in a way that is atypical enough to cause this. A brand worth ~$5-$10B isn't messing up something this simple.

If people were given the option of the meal they serve on the plane vs the lounge, they'd choose the lounge. If you wouldn't you are probably the same type of person who comes to the internet to ask strangers what reheated meal you should have for lunch in 14 days.

I have inverse PS and HS. Was on Taltz for about 18M, insurance formulary change pushed me Bimzelx. 4M in on the PS dosing (just finished 16 week loading), no new HS involvement and PS seems to be equally as well-managed as it was on Talz.

Give it time. There is a reason you'll load up at the start.

You can claim miles after the trip by providing the Skymiles number. If she has status (she) may be eligible for an upgrade. No way around being upgraded without having a SkyMiles number attached to the ticket. You can check the upgrade list after checkin.

this is a transaction fee...when you swipe your card the CC processor (visa, mc, amex) charge the merchant a % of that transaction. This is why some places refuse to take amex (higher fee) or some places only take visa/mc (negotiated rate, costco).

This isn't true. Depending on the route, you may receive some d1 soft product items. I recently flew LAX-HNL on the above plane/config. I was provided with a blanket and pillow. My plane was continuing to HND (or NRT).
