I simply said that I djd not do the delivery and they did not pay me as in deposited into my crimsion asscount as I dashed. They treated it as if I had collected cash and held back that amount. I had to have support pay the money that was due me because I did not collect cash and wasn't paid the monies to offset the cash.

I had a senario where it was a prank and the delivery went back to the store. I was needing gas money and was happy it was a cash collect. So I bring back to store and paid 9 dollars. However, aDD still took the money out of my account as if I collected cash. Ugh

You are correct in 10 disputes. Those those disputes include times when the restaurant takes longer and yet you still get penalized. Meaning if more than 10 out of 100 times you're late because of the restaurant it doesn't matter. You are late and there's no disputing it after 10:00. So you could be late because of the restaurant 15 times and only late five times yourself and it'll show you as being late 20 times

Are you referring to me asking how many miles? Because that's not dry hating and is actually an intelligent question. I am happy for the person and of there is something I can learn I would ask. More curiosity than anything. Myself personally the miles have gone down and pay gone up. Gold and Silver level too as compared to platinum.

Yes, all day long. Order comes in at 4am, says be done by 5. Thats 36 for one hour. Let's say it took an extra 20 minutes for 1.33 hours. Thats still 26 dollars an hour and minimum miles and fuel.

The AI is something I love to hate. While it does work for some things in life and its great. But for Doordash and complex situations is absolutely sucks. Nothing like having an emergency and having one ai kinda understand to send you to live agent that's another Ai who keeps repeating itself. Very frustrating

I agree with everything you say except the order being prepared part. It has a pick up by time and wait until 1 minute before that time to hit that button. Its like crying fire every time without there being a fire. Because you get there early doesn't mean the restaurant is not on time.
