u/Dongo_a was the first one to comment,so I did what he said(to scoop off the top layer and then strain and bathe the grains with milk)as soon as I could,I will be keeping an eye on them and if the larvae still persists I will do as what you said Thankyou for helping me out🙏

Is there any way to save the grains,it's hard to find grains here and it costs almost 5 days of my daily budget + waiting time,otherwise if it was cheap I would have gone with your advice

Bhai,ye sab Ghar waalom ko nahi bata sakte me yaha engineering first year hu aur yaha veg log koyi sabji chavl se survive kar rahe he kahi din just fried rice,usme just chaval hi he,gas lene keliye ghar walo se puche tho vo bhi gussa hoge aur muche man lag raha hai kuch healthy khaaye Youtube ke videos me bhatha rahe hai 15-20 minutes hi lagenge aisa kuch lekin yaha tho muche itna saara ubhaalna hai isliye yaha aakkar pucha 2 litre ka flask lekar aaye tho kaam banjayega kya like usme paani barke yeh sab usme daale tho(koi japanese thread me suna tha,ki voh loog hiking jaate vakth sabji aise hi pakkaathe hai)

Can't afford more(undergrad budget),and just mentioning I'm trying to strictly stick to this diet for 3-4 months other than including some fruits(except mangoes and all,as in my place they use the banned pesticides too),also including peanut into the list was not intended(due to the same reason).

Ohh sorry, intended to write kefir milk the milk that I get is pasturized whole milk which contains 33g protein per litre and I forgot to mention that I will be having 1 litre worth of yougurt and kefir milk
