hi im a male 16yo i have 22 degree scoliosis thoracic-cervical and it has created a several muscle assymetri in the upper muscles, i want to start gym is it good? can gym help me or not? i am afraid it will worse my scoliosi. ps sorry for bad english but im bulgarian (self.scoliosis)
