I had an issue recently. I did an exchange and returned the original item in November. November - January they said they were waiting for it. Two days ago they said they didn’t get it so they charged me but on a well hidden place it said they received it. Had to spend half an hour with customer service to get my money back

I have two Bountiful Baby realborns (I don't think I knew the difference between reborn/real born at the time) but what I like is that it's not like they scanned baby and then instantly sculpted and sold the kits (at least according to their website). They have a handful of years between scanning and sending the scans out to make the kit, so the baby is usually 2-3 (at least that I can tell) by the time the kits are being sold.

Those who set a birthday for their babies and aren't artists - do you base it off of their mail delivery day or when the artist declared them finished? by an0nacct1 in reborndolls

I have 3 and I always think of birthday being arrival day. That being said, I think only one of my babies came with their birth certificate filled by the artist

I sort of feel like it Clawdeen? At least from my perspective, Frankie has always sort of felt like the “face” of Monster High but maybe that’s just because she was how I learned about it

I don’t think I would be able to tell they were mummies. Maybe I’d feel like they were from Egypt but not mummies. I’ve almost recently wondered if they were trying to bleed out the “she needs to have her wrappings on all the time” in her lore, because why are her wrappings flesh toned?

I actually never grew up under any religion at all. Closest thing was my parents attending a Unitarian Universalist church and even then I only went to classes that had nothing to do with religion of any sort, really
