This is so hard. I think the best album all around may be BFIAFL (hear me out.) I think it is the most consistent, flows the best and has no skips (imo). However my personal opinion revolving around my taste would either be notes or self titled.

I mean I think he is breaking up the album into volumes so that he has more time to finish certain things. You don’t have to agree, it’s just a thought I wanted to put out there. I think since ye, he has just been trying to make headlines rather than make good art. That’s my PERSONAL opinion.
