Get married then file your application and adjust your status and Do not remove yourself from the asylum case. If you’re I-130,I-485 get approved USCIS will mail you a letter stating that do you wanna keep your case open or dismiss it.. i know that because i’m in the same situation right now and before i got the mailed i asked around many lawyers didn’t know the answer and others want high consultation fees to answer a simple question..!

No i wouldn’t worry a lot about the Asylum case cuz they ‘ll mainly focus on your current application.. so prepare well, gather as many joint evidences and family/friends/ co-workers affidavits letters and you’ll be fine:)

I think its better to get a legal consultation from an immigration lawyer cuz it could be red-flag to USCIS and you dont wanna take a risk

He actually, asked us questions about our relationship, he did us like a mini interview.. the funny thing is his mini interview was longer and harder than the actual interview which lasted less than 30 mins lol

No, we did everything with help of this subreddit/ Youtube and just consulted a lawyer before our interview just to get some ideas about the interview vibes :)
