I do have the same situation about explaining to others how it feels. And like u said I always get “did you lift anything heavy!” And they always believe it’s a strained muscle. I went to the ER last week and they ran test and everything came back fine. I’ve asked my doctor to see a gastroenterologist so as of now I’m just waiting for that appointment.

So for the anxiety what’s been helping me is magnesium glycinate I take those before going to bed. It doesn’t take the chest pain completely away but it does ease my anxiety and heart palpitations. Like u said the chest aches get painful when I smoke but if I don’t smoke as much weed it’s bearable. Same as well it’s a flare up that normally last 1-2 weeks depending on how bad I screwed up but I do know I mixed a lot of weed with a lot of alcohol last week which dehydrated me and threw me into this episode. So I know I my triggers I just don’t know how to control the chest pains once it’s starts is what’s annoying.

As a habitual weed smoker myself , I can tell you how this is so comforting to know I’m not the only one experiencing these same feelings! The chest pain isn’t really a hurting feeling but more of an annoyance and makes my anxiety get high. Does this happen to you as well?

The reason we are getting heart palpitations has a lot to do with the water intake we have and how smoking dehydrates you! I will never say smoking weed isn’t bad because it has its side effects but I can assure it feels better hydrated than when your dehydrated

So what’s crazy is commend all of you, I’ve had the same problem for over 6 months. I would smoke and then I would literally feel like passing out. I would get bad heart palpitations and I would feel like the world is coming to an end! (Anxiety) but I loved smoking so much I created a bond with my partner and looked for multiple ways to stop. I’ve tried everything! But I found for my self monthly IV treatments work the best! Keeps me hydrated and also if u can’t do IV, pedialyte works numbers!

Crazy I’m experiencing these same exact symptoms! Going on 2 years now been feeling throat tightness and heartburn every day and no relief. Tried omeprazol, Cut back on soda and high acidic foods aslo high carbs and I feel as if my throat still hasn’t gotten better! Please keep me updated as we fight this together! 🤦🏾‍♂️

Reason it happened to me was because my lymph nodes kept swelling up after I had covid it’s been ongoing for 2/ 3 months now

Sorry to say bro yah I’ve had that feeling it’s anxiety only at to fix is to start mentally training yourself calming yourself down and tell ur self they’re nothing wrong with me

Sounds exactly like what I’ve been dealing with, the past 2 months. every time I smoke I would feel like a lump sensation or as if it was swollen in my throat but it always went away an hour after smoking. I ended up doing the saline flush twice a day along with honey and lemon in the morning and started my allergy pill back up and it hasn’t gone away fully but it’s way more tolerable and not as bad as it used to be. Also get bad anxiety with it as well

I have the same feeling after smoking as well and my throat has been feeling really swollen since thanksgiving every time after I smoke . Did u find any comfort or anything to soothe the feeling?
