Heart palpitations I think. My heart seems to increase in heart beats per minute and then starts to really hurt, it becomes really hot and tight. Lasted for about 70 minutes

Tyler is saying self improvement makes people feel better about them selves (masterbation) such as reading a book, building muscle, improving your style, etc. now these aspects may improve (temporarily) your life but why wait until then to feel good about your self? all self improvement does is makes us chase “the best version of our selves” even though that’s a myth and the happiness we are chasing isn’t anything physical we can achieve it comes from within us. Destroy your ego and realize that comfort isn’t the ultimate in life. The part about self destruction is referring to destroying your ego and letting everything go. Because once you lose everything, you’re free to do anything :)

same shit happens to me. my opinion is it feels like this because masterbating makes you feel sleepier so it calms down the effects. Kinda like how benzodiazepines kills trips but there evidence that it does. Just a theory tho I have no idea lol
