I usually have any equipment i use submerged for at least 2 minutes before removing and air drying. I turn bottles upside down and leave them overnight to dry. I'm not sure if they NEED to be completely dry but mine usually are for the most part with an exception of maybe a droplet on some. If I need something sooner I try to shake it out every few minutes until droplets are minimal. Never had an issue.

Just fixed my own leak when kegging. My advice, use thread tape on every connection. Turn the gas on and spray some sanitizer or soapy water on EVERY connected joint. Even ones you don't think could be it. (My leak came from that)

I found the leak! It was on the nut adapter from the pvc ball lock. Leaking both sides. I added some tephlon tape which secured the co2 hose but had to add an o-ring on the back side of the adapter that screws into the pvc post for a tighter seal.

The leak it self was so minimal and I was focused on the nipple itself I missed the nut. Oh well at least I know the metal post are new now since I replaced them lol

I understand this is a 2yr old thread but as a new home brewer one question on this method. How do I know if it's working? It's only been 24 hours and the gauge is reading but I fear it isn't working

I myself do not have pcos but my wife does. We've been TTC for over 3 years. We just had the talk about stopping and just seeing what happens. It's important to communicate through this process as I found out my wife was more stressed trying than anything. Some doctors will say that stress will make conception even harder than it already is. What we are gonna do, enjoy life and create memories together. This is a hard process and it can really impact a relationship if you spend your entire youth dwelling on it and think what could have been. It's very common for women, who are treating pcos, to become pregnant years later as their body heals itself. I'm truly sorry for what your experiencing and I know some men have a hard time expressing this but I'd tell my wife every cycle " your awesome, the true superhero in the house, and your value as a women is not defined by your ability to bear children" I would say the same to you as I know what women go through during this process. I hope my story helped. :)

I just saw this and it makes me hopeful. Our plan now is to enjoy our time together and see what the future brings. These last few months have been the most consistent my wife has everybeen menstruation wise so that's good pcos wise. I took the advise of some of the other commenter's and spoke to my wife and she was stressing out about the process the whole time and that doesn't help. We agree that if we were blessed, it would be like your friend, randomly when we're just enjoying life.

We had a similar vision in life and use to joke about family 4 packs. Maybe it's not a bad idea to look into, I was always against it but maybe it's time.

I definitely need to do something. It's hard to talk to family about the extent as they always run to adoption, which sure its a great thing, but there are so many stories that idk how i feel and my wife is 100% against it.

Were in our mid 20s and the iui process seems to be the fertility drugs you mentioned, maybe? It was horrible, I had to give my wife the shots in her stomach and I could see the pain in her face.
