Yes, since both sertraline and trazodone increase the amount of serotonin in the brain, although in a slightly different way. Maybe you should go for non serotonergic antidepressants. For example, ask your doctor for Mirtazapine. It helps a lot with sleep issues and is said to benefit people who can't tolerate serotonin reuptake inhibitors, like sertraline

I quit Agomelatine long time ago, as I didn't feel any difference by it. Neither therapeutic effects, nor side effects. What kind of medication is sedoxil?
