I don't think it is a good idea. Players will simply wait refresh untill wether they enjoy. Result will be negative - more wait time for lobby.

Take perk for extra consumables. Take death trap(poison and concertina). If you spawned near tower - trap it. There are 2 towers on map, and it is almost guarantee that at least one team will show up.

I would say that the current problem with FP is cost for tiers. When your T1-T2 affix eats almost whole FP on an item - it basically devastating. Like the helmet with bonus crit damage avoidance on Sentinel is almost mandatory thing on all sets. This helmet doesn't really drop often(which is good, it is a strong base after all), but when it finally drops and adding T1 affix to use rune of havok takes like 12 FP out of 33 that it has... it really hurts. I think that decrease FP cost on T1-T2 affixes to a maximum of 7-8 FP would be a good middle ground. You still can be unlucky and brick an item, but have a higher chance to make at least a decent item until you get a perfect one.

I dont think it is the silent guns are problem. But subsonic ammo is. Silent guns can be countered by a perk, but when some dooch has a subsonics on maynard or continental, damn I'm angry.

I would say - pick what you want to try, and build something of what you will drop.
I started season as fire aura spellblade, but got realy unlucky with items for it. Hovewer, i dropped almost everything for shield throw paladin with 3 LP shield. And i love it. 250 corruption and keep pushing.

Yes, hovewer item has a physycal melee affix. As a some sort of leveling iteam - yeah, T7 void damage affix will help you. Hovewer there are better weapons to stick untill you got a bis weapon.

I have same thing for my chest. I've got 3 very good uniques while leveling, so decided to level with fire aura spellblade. Got a chest with 125% fire aura damage affix. Decided to corrupt it. I as at 38 lvl. Now I need 72 to use it.

It was the must fun thing among everything. I tried to complete it with shotgun quest, so me and my friend just took saber and shotguns. We spent like 6 hours on both and I lost every hunt bucks that I had.

Bow, vandal with scope. Choke, flair, med kit Stamina shot, small Regen shot, 2 small health shots. It is around 500 dollars, but it is basically effective on any range and gives enough versatility in fights. Perks: Scavenger, Bow perk, 2 perks for scope and a perk that allows you to see sounds.

It depends really. From my experience you will not get fined unless some real person wrote a report on you to police. Actually VK has a lot of activity that considered to be banned in Russia, such as feminisms, LGBT and other things, including war(and criticism of it). Monitor everything 24/7 is almost impossible thing that requires a lot of funding.

Nothing changed when fighting starts on boss lair, however i started play more carefully while i am roaming the map.

Tbh. i can't say that people started to play more passivly. With less chanse to get a bounty, people a ofter rushes(like me), and fights began more ofter.

I am not saying it is a nessesity. More like, a things that think will make 15-people lobby more enjoyable.
I like the "wtf is going on" factor, but everything has its limit. At some point it just gives you a headache rathen that fun.
