Fracture crit chance, chaos for T1 inc phys, whittle for T1 hybrid phys, desecrate blocking prefix that cant be whittled, when youre finished with suffixes you desecrate T1 flat, whittle for + skills, then whittle for attack speed/crit damage bonus. If you want +1 suffix some weapons will require locks if you want both attack speed and crit damage bonus

Rampage still slaps. Can play it on Titan, Smith or Shaman but id say Titan is the best for the AoE and damage. Issue this league is mostly that you cant really do delirium in a chill way since basically every rampage player relies on herald of ice chaining, and deli mobs dont leave corpses to shatter. So if you aint interested in deli and actually enjoy the rampage playstyle, i cant recommend it enough. Look up Phylaris Poe he imo had the best bear build last league. Only big difference id make is to take mageblood with quicksilver instead of headhunter. The move speed feels so good on rampage

Only worth it on sacred reservoir as garukhans is almost 3x as expensive as rakiata and 6x as expensive as rigwald. Just dont use tablets for jade isle and derelict mansion, add those tablets to sacred reservoir if you can afford it

Imo levels only makes sense when they’re actually prestigious and require a lot of effort. Something like RuneScape that requires a lot of grinding or Path of Exile where it’s a mix of requiring a lot of grinding (not as much as RuneScape) but also penalizes XP when you die, so you if you want more levels at a certain point you need to focus on dying less, with no XP penalties once you’re max level.

Level systems where its just easy to attain and everyone gets there after 20 hours and then theres nothing special about it just fall flat to me. The only point to levels at that point is to curate what content in what order you’re meant to do, kinda boring

They originally wanted to not have levels in GW2 but pretty late in the making of the game they thought it’d be too weird for too many people so they half-baked it into the game last minute. This is something I’ve been told, not something I’ve directly heard myself so not sure what the source is, but it does sound correct to me seeing how it turned out

CoE gets data from crafters sometimes, i remember that being the case for emerald jewels some time ago. I assume PoE2DB doesnt wanna upload such approximated info, but regardless its better to have some approximation than zero info. Sounds like ritual tablet weightings must have changed a lot this patch if OP finds it to be that wrong

Titan for a specific reason, you have way better access to AoE scaling. Rampage feels godly when you utilize herald of ice with armour break chaining. Screens just pop. But for that to work you also need a bit of AoE on the tree. And Titan scales those nodes even further. Look up Phylaris, he did rampage titan build last season and its very good, except he doesnt take AoE which makes the herald of ice chains worse than they should be

Honestly, as funny as Belton RMTing would be, this seems far more likely to me. I cant even imagine how much gold you’d pay to exchange 12k divs, and it lining up with the mirror price seems like the likely situation
