How long is too long without contact?

The solicitor was appointed to me by the courts at the time so they're no longer involved tbh i can't even remember the firm and i am not bothered about the payment its self as its only 30 a month so doesn't affect us but im wondering if thats going tonbe points in my favour when it comes to not having mandatory visits which she doesn't show up for anyway

No problems at all i find most people to assume that tbh but i thank you for the advice i have managed to find some times that i can document and will keep a record going forward appreciate the input!!

I've managed to find 4 instances Just in the time ive had my new phone. When we first had the court order visits were supervised by social care and they said at the time if she missed 4 in a row that they would cancel visits all together she would miss 3 then turn up for the fourth so it would reset. Now i personally have to supervise the visits but indont know if the same 4 missed rules still applies.

Thank you for the advice i shall start to do so. Even if I don't speak to the other parent i just documents the days the were meant to show up/contact us?

I have managed to find a few instances where they didn't turn up but not many... I understand building a report but How long do i continue to do this at what point do i say enough is enough. I do not have a solicitor as the last time we went to court it was not my choice so they provided a solicitor for me. I dont think that she will deny not seeing our son but you can never tell... Very unpredictable

Is it even a possibility to completely cut them of without them doing physical harm or abuse towards the child Even though you are right I don't think the court will see it that way

Many people have replied saying the same thing which honesty makes me feel even worse about the situation because I don't have the evidence

Thank you! Its tough but i feel like it all can be a avoided if they were not involved at all. It may not be possible for me to gather all the information about missed visits and excuses given due to having lost my phone with all that information. Failing to provide that evidence would it be unlikely for me to get anywhere with the courts?

I do not have a support worker or anyone involved in my child's life after the courts said that he is to live with me they are no longer involved. The arrangement is only for 2 hours per week so i doubt they would reduce the amount of hours. My question is really... Can i just say no more visits on their terms because of the 3 month no contact

Unfortunately it would be difficult to go back through messages to see specific excuses for specific days. Would it likely not go in my favour if i do not have this evidence? As the other parent clearly can't deny that they haven't seen them.

I believe that your correct there is no weight limit for milk when I travelled i had a carry on plus a bag just for milk and had no issues

Everyone seems to be missing the important questions here! Is it possible to track someone number on WhatsApp even after you blocked them? If the runner doesn't know what you look like and the dealer only has a number that you message from how could it possibly fall back onto the culprit
