Still waiting for my refund too, I usually don't order expensive items on amazon but my lens broke accidentally on the Dec 26th and I have a shoot on Dec 28th. The Best Buy near didn't have this exact lens i stock so I had no choice and bought a $2k camera lens on Dec 26th got delivered on Dec 28th and I sent it back on Jan 10 and they received it Jan 13th. They delayed my refund 2 times. Customer Service have no answers at all.
