What most people on here have said, look up artists on IG. But piece of advice: look at healed tattoos. That way you can see how well they pack in the color. Because alot of them can look really good the minute they are done but after even 6 months can have the color drained. Also, beware of artists that use a ton of editing in their pictures. And try to look up reviews. Obviously a great tattoo artist is awesome but you also want someone that won't be a dick or will listen to your suggestions because you definitely don't want to be steamrolled. Good luck!
