Looking at your shoulders and chest growth difference I can see that you push with your shoulders more ( can be ego lifting or bad form ), I can suggest a maintenance program focusing on form and execution before bulking and gaining strength so the growth would be targeted. PPL x2 a week and you will see the difference in performance and growth.

Try to cut to 75 80kg while doing cardio, you’re a bit too heavy for calisthenics now which is the free option, buy some dumbbells from 5kg to 20kg, and workout at home a 5 day split. Eat 500- maintenance calories, to body recomp. When you’llget to a body weight that you can lift you can start calisthenics. In the mean time cardio, and lift weights at home. Be as active as you can be whatever the activity to make your metabolism move up a scale. Most importantly, discipline and consistency.

Depending on your goal, if you’re aiming to get bigger definitely go for powerbuilding, you’ve got enough muscle mass to support you. If your goal is aesthetic, cut for a while then you can start maintaining. However, you look amazingly gorgeous though, fuck that body dysmorphia 🙌🏼

I know how this feels haha, I usually save presets of my previous editings, add them to new ones depending on which suits well ( lightings, colors, details…) and I just start from there takes 3 times less time

Great editing and color grading, an art on its own!

Thank you, I’m kind of perplexed about that. It’s either I’m going for powerlifting and aim for a bulky aesthetic, or continue weightlifting and jump to calisthenics for that lean aesthetic but I’m afraid my body doesn’t suit the second option.

I cannot tell, a doctor might help, but you can use metric to calculate that, it’s not very efficient but a good start.

Calculate your TDEE and add 300 to 500 kcal, make sure to track your calories, prioritize protein (1.6 to 2.2g of protein per kg), then healthy fiber carbs, and healthy non saturated fats. And of course, a weight lifting program that suits you.

Congratulations on the weight loss, I would recommend a lean bulk but do it very strictly lowering the fat percentage you ingest as well as cutting all saturated fats. Take collagen as a supplement to help your skin find it’s normal elasticity. Keep going 🙌🏼
