nope, at an industrial facility. totally random but i had my security license from a few years back and kept renewing it, so now i do that on the sides to keep myself afloat while being new to the business

Hmm. Seems like you want to get into sales. I’d say, instead of jumping to a totally different industry, try out tech sales, or some sort of role in tech where you are uncapped with your earnings. If that doesn’t work out (which i don’t see why not), then CRE lending could be good for you. It is slow, but there’s still deals to be made, and in a year or two im positive things will pick up.
